To be released on the 23rd February 2009 is Total Pop! The First 40 Hits - a collection of Erasure's first 40 hits.

Featuring all the hit singles from the band's five Number 1 albums and including 17 Top 10 singles, the album also contains a brand new remix by Jeremy Wheatley of the 1994 classic 'Always' which will feature on 'Pop! Remixed', out on 9th February 2009.

As well as a double CD package and download, Total Pop! will also be released as a special four-disc deluxe edition which includes Pop! & Pop2! (all tracks remastered), a live disc and a DVD featuring classic BBC performances from 1986–2005, ranging from Sometimes on Top of the Pops in 1986 to Ship Of Fools on Wogan to appearances on Later... With Jools Holland.

One of the most beloved and enduring success stories in modern British pop, Erasure have been writing world-conquering anthems of love, lust and longing since 1985 and this classic collection brings together all 40 hits in one glittering package.

The remixes that have already been issued for promo are already getting massive reviews but the Club DJ's on the circuit.
